Hi, I'm Elaina, founder of Lana Creative Collective.

I started Lana Creative Collective with one goal in mind: to help small business owners feel supported.

As a business owner, your time is valuable. Between managing clients, responding to emails, creating content, handling administrative tasks, and trying to grow your business, it's easy to feel stretched thin. That's where I come in.

Through a combination of marketing and administrative support, I help businesses stay visible, organized, and focused on growth. Whether I'm managing social media, coordinating projects, communicating with clients, or helping streamline day-to-day operations, my goal is to become a trusted extension of your team.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to support businesses across a variety of industries, including construction, healthcare, counseling, wellness, real estate, and entrepreneurship. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges business owners face and the importance of having reliable support behind the scenes.

At Lana Creative Collective, I believe that successful businesses are built on strong relationships, clear communication, and consistent support. My approach is collaborative, organized, and personalized to the needs of each client I serve.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and my fiancé, Daniel. I'm also a proud pet mom to four cats—Alani, Louie, Charlie, and Willow—and our dog, Teddy. I love playing pickleball, getting out on the golf course, and enjoying the little things with the people I love most.
